Training for schools

We offer dynamic, engaging training for early years settings, designed to be practical, evidence-based and immediately applicable in the classroom.

How we can help

Training can be delivered in person or online and is bespoke – allowing us to tailor content to the needs of your staff, setting and pupils. Our sessions are highly interactive and consistently receive excellent feedback from school teams.

We have recently delivered training as part of the PINS programme (Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools), supporting inclusive practice across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Our current training offer includes:

Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)

An introduction to DLD and how it presents in the classroom.

Sessions cover: Key indicators, how to distinguish DLD from other speech, language and communication needs (including autism), its impact on learning and social development, and practical strategies to support pupils in school.
